    • Marketing automation and integrations

    • Consulting and digital strategy

    Scope of work is defined per project agreement.

Client Responsibilities

  • Client agrees to:

    • Provide accurate information and materials

    • Respond in a timely manner

    • Approve deliverables or request revisions promptly

    Delays from the client may delay project timelines.

Payments

  • Payment terms are defined per project (e.g., upfront, milestone, or subscription)

  • Late payments may result in paused services

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Client is responsible for any third-party costs (hosting, domains, software subscriptions).

Revisions & Deliverables

  • Revisions are limited to agreed scope

  • Additional work outside scope may require additional fees

  • Final deliverables are provided upon full payment

Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Client owns final deliverables after full payment

  • Ram Growth retains the right to showcase work in portfolio

  • Third-party tools, templates, or software remain property of their respective owners

Limitation of Liability

Ram Growth is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Platform outages (hosting, GHL, third-party tools)

  • Client misuse of systems or failure to follow recommendations

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate tools such as:

Hosting providers

CRM platforms

Payment processors

We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

Appointments

Promotions (if opted in)

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are not made

  • Communication breaks down

Client may terminate services subject to agreed terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled in Texas courts
